The business challenge

Silicon Valley Bank’s brand was growing rapidly in Europe and the marketing team needed support with their unclear brand guidelines and to execute collateral, at pace. Hands Down! partnered with PR & Comms firm Chameleon (now Mike Worldwide), to take on the challenge.

 

Our creative translation

Our core creative squad started with an audit of SVB’s existing materials and brand guidelines to propose a refreshed look and feel. The updated guidelines gave an editorial feel to the SVB brand and elevated the European team’s confidence in their comms and familiarity with the brand, driving more internal awareness of design.

 

 

The impact

We selected the right creative talent from our Creative Community to roll out a suite of updated materials using the refreshed look and feel, as an initial exercise. Key documents were supplied as fully editable PowerPoints to give the marketing team and their internal sales customers the advantage of making small updates, quickly, without incurring additional costs. Since the first wave of assets, we have partnered with SVB over the past 2 years to execute everything from case study templates through to internal comms gifs and customer animations, working directly with Internal Comms, Marketing and PR/Comms professionals across the business.
